Webinar on Phipp's Center for Sustainable Landscapes

On September 29th at 2pm EST, Ensight participate in a webinar Phipps Center for Sustainable Landscapes (CSL) entitled: Raising the bar for sustainable building operations - Why Phipps decided to certify with BREEAM USA In-Use.

The CSL was designed to be one of the most sustainable buildings in the world and has been certified Living Building Challenge, LEED Platinum, SITES Platinum and WELL Platinum.

When it came to operations, Phipps decided to pursue BREEAM, the world's most widely used sustainability assessment method for buildings. Richard Piacentini and Meghan Scanlon from Phipps highlighted the successes and challenges to managing building sustainability performance and explained why Phipps sees certification as an important aspect of building management. Kathy Hrabovsky from 3R Sustainability and Julia Craighill from Ensight Consulting explained how Consultants and Assessors fit into the BREEAM In-Use process and how the certification process works. #BREEAM #GreenBuilding
