Phipps' Earns Highest BREEAM In-Use Rating in the USA

From its inception, Phipps’s Center for Sustainable Landscapes (CSL) has been a guiding light in the green building community. It is the first facility in the world to meet four of the world’s highest green construction standards — The Living Building Challenge, WELL Building Platinum, SITES Platinum and LEED Platinum.

And now, driven by Phipp’s sterling management team, the CSL enters the next phase of leadership as an exceptional example of responsible facility operations. Earning BREEAM In-Use Outstanding certification places the CSL in the top 1% of buildings globally for building performance.
